What this site collects.

Short version: nothing, unless you fill in the enquiry form. No analytics, no cookies, no tracking pixels, no advertising.

When you send an enquiry

The form asks for your name and email, and optionally a phone number, your company, what you are making, what you need, links to references, a budget range and your dates. You choose what to put in it.

It is sent through Formspree, a form service that passes the message to my email and keeps a copy in my account there. I use it to reply to you and to quote the work. I do not sell it, I do not add you to a mailing list, and I do not share it with anyone who is not working on your project.

I keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is live and for up to two years afterwards, because clients come back and it helps to have the original brief. Ask me to delete yours and I will, and I will confirm when it is done.

Cookies and analytics

There are none. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, so I cannot see who visited, which pages you read or how long you stayed.

Two preferences are stored by your own browser, on your own device: whether you are using light or dark mode, and which currency the prices show in. They never leave your browser and I cannot read them. Clearing your site data removes them.

Video embeds

Work pages that link to YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram or TikTok show a still image until you press play. Nothing is requested from those companies before you do. Once you press play, that platform loads its own player and its own terms apply — YouTube embeds here use the no-cookie player.

The fonts and most of the video on this site are served from my own domains, not from Google or anybody else, so simply reading a page does not announce you to a third party.

Who else touches the data

The site is hosted on Vercel and its media is delivered through Cloudflare. Like any web host, they process the technical details of the request — your IP address and browser — to serve the page and to keep the service up. Booking a call opens Calendly in a new tab, where Calendly’s own privacy terms apply.

Your rights

You can ask me what I hold about you, ask for a copy, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. There is no form for this and no fee. Email me and I will deal with it, normally within a few days.

Asking, or complaining

Questions about any of this come to me directly: infoasgvisuals.com. If you are not satisfied with how I have handled it, you can raise it with the data protection authority where you live.

If this page ever stops matching what the site does, the page is the thing that is wrong. Tell me and I will fix it.
