Good to know
- Client supplies recorded footage unless filming is added separately.
- Videos longer than 10 minutes, or raw footage above the stated limit, need a separate quote.
- Research-heavy scripts, travel, studio hire, presenters, voice-over, music licences and advanced 3D work are separate.
- Unused monthly deliverables do not roll over automatically unless agreed in writing.

Asked often.
Do I need to film anything myself?
Yes, unless you add filming. Most clients record on a camera or phone in a quiet room and send the files over. I can give you a short setup guide before your first shoot.
What if my raw footage is longer than the limit?
Send it anyway and I will quote the extra. The limits exist because a 3 hour recording is a different job from a 45 minute one, not to catch you out.
Can I change package mid-month?
Yes. I settle the difference on the next invoice.
Who owns the finished videos?
You do, in full, once the invoice is settled.
